All Levels Yoga
Hatha Yoga Classes
Our all levels classes are based in Hatha Yoga teachings. Hatha yoga draws inspiration from a wide range of yoga styles and backgrounds. This style of yoga joins asanas (physical postures) with pranayama (breath), creating an internal flow for the practice. These classes work on balancing strength and flexibility in our physical bodies while also drawing our attention to our breath in order to help us still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.
Not sure what to expect from a class? Our Hatha Yoga classes are all levels classes lasting for 60-75 minutes. Bring a mat or use one of ours. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can easily move in. A Hatha Yoga class is both a great place to begin as well as to challenge yourself!
Private & Small Group Yoga Sessions
Strength & Healing
We are available for private or small group yoga sessions for those looking to build a practice at their own pace. Whether looking to learn a breathing/meditation practice, have a specific health need to focus on or simply need a more private or friends & family type setting to move and stretch Wishing Wellness Yoga will work to meet your needs.
